The other day I shared a great roundup of Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas from the land of Pinterest. However, I wanted to put together something fresh and one-of-a-kind to give to my daughter’s teacher on May 6th. So I whipped up a cute tag and grabbed some mini jars from Hobby Lobby at half price. I love it when that happens!
In keeping with the color scheme, I filled them with Twizzlers Bites. So delicious and addicting! I know, you’re gasping because I didn’t include chocolate. 🙂 Twizzlers are a close second.
Any treat will do, though. I’m just OCD about matching.
Then, tie with baker’s twine, ribbon, jute or whatever you fancy. Such a heartfelt way to say “Thank You” to a wonderful teacher!

Thanks so much for playing fair!
I can’t believe the school year’s nearing an end! My daughter will be a big second grader next time around. There’s something about not being in school myself that makes time really fly. 🙂
I love that this gift is simple and very inexpensive, so if you have multiple children in school, it won’t take all day to put together or break the bank! The student can even write “From: …..” on the bottom. So personal and fun!
Do you have a special teacher to thank this year?
