These Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Sliders are packed with incredible sweet and savory flavor! They’re sure to disappear in a hurry!
My family and I have long been obsessed with The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®. Have you tried it? If not, I highly recommend it. It’s a smoky-sweet sauce with just the right amount of heat. It’s one of those sauces that you find yourself adding to basically anything and everything on your plate. We typically enjoy it over pork chops or spinach salad or in tortilla wraps and shrimp tacos, but I’ve been dreaming of incorporating it into a slider sandwich with shredded chicken, jalapeños, bacon crumbles, cream cheese, and pepper jack cheese.
Today that dream comes true! The ingredient combo is nothing short of incredible! I don’t know why I didn’t think of it before. 🙂 Each bite is an absolute treat for the taste buds.
The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® is the secret, all-star ingredient that totally makes this recipe! I’m a fan of its gorgeous color too! These sliders certainly wouldn’t be the same without it! I added some into the filling and then drizzled a little extra inside before replacing the roll tops. I know you’re going to be crazy for these sliders too!
A little melted butter in the bottom of the pan and drizzled on top doesn’t hurt anything either. 🙂 It causes a nice crust to form on the rolls so they don’t get soggy while baking. This recipe is so versatile. Swap out the chicken for leftover Thanksgiving turkey and use those remaining rolls from the feast as well.

Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
- 16 slider rolls
- 2 1/2 heaping cups shredded cooked chicken (use rotisserie chicken to make it really easy)
- 1/3 c. The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® plus more for drizzling
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 small jalapeno seeds and membranes removed, diced very finely
- 3/4 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
- 4 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 5 Tbsp. butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded, cooked chicken, 1/3 c. of The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeno, shredded pepper jack cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
- Split slider rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread the filling evenly over, then drizzle the filling mixture with additional The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®.
- Replace the roll tops.
- Spread half of the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Place filled rolls over the melted butter so they're touching.
- Pour the remaining half of the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
